The Companion Workbook

for "The Art of Erotic Hypnosis"

Hypnosis doesn’t live on knowledge. It lives on doing. On trying things out, on feeling, on speaking out loud.

That is why there is a companion workbook for my book. In it you’ll find everything that is meant for writing down: the reflection questions for each chapter, the eight exercises on hypnotic language, the notes pages and the checklist for your session. New is an “After the Session” page, where you can note what felt good, what was too much and what you’d like to do differently next time.

The workbook has 24 pages in US Letter format and comes in two versions, whichever you prefer:

To fill in on screen: Type directly into the fields and tick off the checklist with a single click. To do this, open the file in the free Adobe Acrobat Reader or, on a Mac, in Preview. Typing often works in a browser too, but saving doesn’t always.

To print: With writing lines, for everyone who prefers pen and paper. You can print individual pages, such as the checklist, as often as you need them.

Both versions are free. You don’t need to sign up for anything.

What you write in your workbook stays with you. Nothing is transmitted or stored. Keep it somewhere only you can access.
