My way to Hypnosis
My fascination with hypnosis is older than Lady Hypnotica.
Altered states of consciousness, perception and what our own minds are capable of have interested me for a long time. I meditated, explored different forms of expanding consciousness, and kept asking myself how much our experience changes when, for a moment, we leave our usual way of thinking.
And then there was Kaa from The Jungle Book. I already thought he was wonderful as a child. Looking back, perhaps a first small hint of where the journey would one day lead.
At some point, this curiosity became more. And eventually, a profession.
The path to Lady Hypnotica

2015 · The Decisive Question
My first erotic hypnosis did not come out of a clever business plan. Back then, I was active on Facebook as a hypnosis coach when a man asked me whether I also did erotic hypnosis. My answer was: “Well, not so far.” Until that moment, I had simply never thought about it. But the idea made me curious. Since I had already spent time in the BDSM scene privately, I recognized in that moment the exciting connection between hypnosis and eroticism. So I tried it. That one request became my first custom erotic hypnosis. Completely naive. Recorded on a dictaphone. With terrible sound quality, but a lot of passion. And somehow, it didn’t stop at one.
I quickly realized how many possibilities lie in the connection between hypnosis and eroticism. Suddenly it was not only about trance and suggestion, but also about desire, fantasy, control, surrender and all the things that can be created in the mind without having to happen in the real world. I had finally found my personal playground.
2016 · EROTICA HYPNOTICA
At first, the website was mainly a business card for my custom hypnosis sessions. Because I was very busy both professionally and privately, the idea came up to offer erotic hypnosis not only as custom work, but also as ready-made recordings. And so the information page became the online shop Erotica Hypnotica.
In April 2016, “Loreley – die Sirene” (“Loreley – The Siren”) became my first published hypnosis. I had high expectations for this recording, so I asked two hypnosis colleagues and friends, who are still active as hypnosis coaches today, to read the script. They gave me valuable tips and suggestions. Professional exchange is still important to me today.
Over the course of that year and the ones that followed, more and more files came to life: from sensual fantasies to dominance and feminization, all the way to triggers and conditioning. What had started as a service slowly developed into a world of its own. And somewhere along the way, my pseudonym at the time finally became Lady Hypnotica.
2018 · OHRgasmus
Over time, I kept noticing that while Erotica Hypnotica suited what I offered, the name was a bit unwieldy. I was looking for something shorter and more memorable, and I remembered a term I knew from the rockabilly and classic car scene: OHRgasmus (“Ohr” is German for “ear”). When a V8 starts up and the sound goes straight through your body, that word comes up surprisingly often. I found it at least as fitting for erotic hypnosis.
I checked the trademark situation, secured the domain and the trademark, and finally moved my project to OHRgasmus. Suddenly, the name said it all.
The Years in Between · Learning and Experimenting
While my productions kept growing in number, I continued to develop professionally. Since I began working with hypnosis, I have steadily added further professional trainings, along with experience in street hypnosis and further training in couples and sex counseling. At the same time, new formats and collaborations kept emerging.
What I have always found especially exciting is the exchange with other experienced hypnotists. Joint productions with Undine de Rivière, among others, brought different perspectives, voices and dynamics into my work.
It is exactly this mix of my own experience, professional training and collaboration that still shapes my work today.
2022 · The World Grows Bigger
For a long time, OHRgasmus was mainly my own voice. In 2022, I finally managed to convince my good friend Lady Addison to put her knowledge into audio files as well.
I already knew her personally from sessions together. As a dominatrix, she works with erotic hypnosis herself, and I kept telling her that audio would be a wonderful way to reach people who live much too far away.
Eventually, she actually said yes. With that, OHRgasmus began to grow beyond Lady Hypnotica. Step by step, my platform became a place where different voices, styles and experiences could come together.
2025 · Das erste Buch
In 2025, my first book was published: “Mindless Seduction: Du gehörst mir” (“You Belong to Me”). For the first time, my world took on a form that needs no voice at all.
Writing opens up different possibilities than audio: characters get to live longer, thoughts can unfold more slowly, and fantasies are given a different kind of space.
2026 · More Than a Voice
The OHRgasmus Podcast was relaunched. This time not just as a companion to my productions, but as a space of its own for thoughts, knowledge and conversations about hypnosis, sexuality, fantasy and everything that can grow out of them in the mind.
Writing also took up more space. Alongside Mindless Seduction, I published three more books and journals on completely different topics under another pseudonym. I like not having to commit to a single form of expression. Some thoughts belong in front of a microphone. Others on paper.
In the fall, my first nonfiction book was published: “Die Kunst der erotischen Hypnose – Von Wortmagie und Hingabe”. In it, I pass on what I have learned over many years about voice, trance and surrender: step by step, from the foundations to your first erotic hypnosis session of your own. Shortly afterward, the English edition followed: “The Art of Erotic Hypnosis – Word Magic and Surrender”. For the first time, my world now reaches beyond the German-speaking countries.
2027 · Outlook and Perspectives
“The Art of Erotic Hypnosis” is the beginning of a series, and the next books are already in the works. I don’t want to reveal more just yet. Only this much: if you know the foundations, you can look forward to going deeper.
